Trading terms
Terms of service
The terms you agree to when you order from this site, written to be read rather than skimmed.
The seller
The seller behind this site is Jovelle Editions, at Bombay Hospital, Royal Platinum Building Lg-4 royal platinum, near guru kripa restaurant, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India. There is no third party in the contract. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.
Orders, prices and errors
An order placed here is an offer. It becomes a contract when our confirmation email goes out. Prices are in Indian Rupees and cover the goods; delivery charges appear before checkout is completed.
Product pages are built from what suppliers give us. If a price or figure is plainly wrong, we would rather cancel and refund in full within 5-7 business days than dispatch against an error.
Product information and warranty
Everything technical on a product page comes from the supplier and is repeated as given. We will help you read those figures against your own requirement, but we do not promise fitness for a particular use.
We add no warranty of our own. Where one exists it is stated on the product page and governed by its own wording.
The limit of a stated figure
Paper weight in GSM and page count are printed by the manufacturer and reproduced by us. We do not test ink behaviour and make no claim about bleed-through beyond the GSM figure the pack states.
Your side
We ask for three things: a correct address, a phone number a courier can reach, and a look inside the box on arrival. Reselling our goods under another brand, or copying this site’s copy and images, is not permitted.
Limits of liability
These terms do not and cannot remove statutory consumer rights under Indian law. Within what the law allows, our liability on a product claim goes no further than the price paid for that product.
Law and jurisdiction
This agreement runs under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will hear any dispute.
