We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit or debit cards, and no card details are taken or stored on this site.

The delivery line is simple: nothing over ₹999, a flat ₹49 below it, always shown before you commit.

What is different here

Bulk packs are the orders most often placed by offices and schools. They clear the free delivery threshold easily, and Cash on Delivery is available on them like anything else.

GST

On tax: Jovelle Editions is not registered for GST. Our turnover is below the applicable GST registration threshold, which is why registration has not been taken. It follows that GST is not charged separately at any point in the order, and that we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN — we have no registration number to put on one. What you see on the product page is the price of the goods, with any delivery charge shown before you complete checkout.

If a payment goes wrong

If a UPI payment is debited but the order does not confirm, send us the UPI reference and we trace it. If the same order is paid twice, the duplicate payment is refunded within 7 business days after we confirm the duplicate transaction.
