How we handle your data

A short policy for a small dataset: contact details, a delivery address and an order history.

Personal data on this site

For the order itselfYour name, the delivery address, a contact number and an email address
Payment recordThe UPI transaction reference only. No card number reaches this site
To keep the shop workingThe cookies a cart and a checkout need in order to work
Technical dataIP address, and the standard server, security and caching logs kept by our hosting and network providers
We do not collectCard numbers, government identity numbers or any health information

Who else sees it

Sharing follows what an order needs: hosting and network providers, the payment processor, the courier, and whoever provides customer support tools. Beyond that, only where the law requires it. Nothing is sold and nothing goes to advertisers.

Cookies and tracking

The cookies we set are functional ones for the cart and the checkout. We do not run behavioural tracking or remarketing tags. Technical cookies from our hosting, caching and network security providers may also be present. This policy is updated if further cookies or services are added.

Orders placed for an office

Bulk orders usually go to a company address, and that address is what we hold against the order. We do not build a profile of who inside an organisation ordered what.

How long we keep it

Retention is tied to purpose: completing the order, handling returns and refunds, meeting accounting requirements, and any applicable legal obligation. There is no marketing list you did not join.

Your rights and how to raise a complaint

Ask us for a copy of your data, for a correction, or for deletion where retention is not legally required, and we will deal with it. Consent-based processing can be stopped whenever you say so. Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), governs this.
