Cancelling an order
No fee either way — the only question is whether the parcel has left.
Cancellation terms
While the order is still here
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any point before dispatch. Handling takes 1-2 business days, so there is usually a window. Email [email protected] with your Order ID and we confirm in writing.
Once the courier has the parcel it is out of our hands. You can decline it at the door, or accept it and open a return under the return policy.
Why cancelling early helps
An unopened bulk pack is the easiest thing in this shop to put back on the shelf, so cancellations cost nothing and are confirmed the same day wherever the pack has not yet been strapped.
After you cancel
A cancelled prepaid order is refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders have nothing to refund unless the parcel was already paid for on arrival.
From our side
Occasionally we cancel an order ourselves: stock that turns out to be unavailable, an address a courier will not serve, or a pricing error on a page. We tell you why and refund in full within 5-7 business days. We do not cancel without writing to you first.
