Three things to include
- Order ID. The reference on your order confirmation email — not the courier tracking number.
- Order email. The address the order was placed with, because that is what we search on.
- What went wrong. One or two lines. For damage, add photographs of the parcel and of the item.
The one detail that speeds an answer up
For a bulk order, tell us the quantity and the ruling you need before ordering. We can check the pack specification against your requirement rather than have you return twenty books.
