The arithmetic
We publish the working, not just the answer — 1-2 business days handling, 3-9 business days transit, 4-11 business days in total. We publish the range honestly and it is not a guarantee. Delays at the courier, seasonal volume and weather are the three things that most often push past it.
Orders ship from Indore, Madhya Pradesh through India Post or a private courier partner, whichever serves the destination PIN code.
Packing
Bulk packs stay in their shrink-wrapped block inside a double-wall carton, which is what keeps twenty covers from arriving with dented corners.
A bulk pack of twenty hardcover journals is heavy and square, and it is the one order in this catalogue where the courier weight band changes the routing. Those go out double-boxed and often move a day slower than a single notebook.
Paying on arrival
COD is available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no additional COD fee. Payment is made to the delivery agent when the parcel arrives. Where a PIN code is not served for COD the checkout will not offer it.
Damage on arrival
Damage needs to reach us within 48 hours of the parcel arriving. Send pictures of the outer carton as well as the item; a video of the unboxing is not required but settles most claims immediately. We then arrange a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
