Most shop writing is a list of things a product supposedly is. This one is a short list of things we deliberately do not say, because saying them would not be true of us.
We are not a printing press
We buy in stock and sell it under our own name. We are not an authorised dealer for any third-party brand and we do not describe ourselves as one.
We do not add specifications
Paper weight in GSM and page count are printed by the manufacturer and reproduced by us. We do not test ink behaviour and make no claim about bleed-through beyond the GSM figure the pack states.
We do not carry things we cannot describe honestly
We cannot accept returns of notebooks that have been written in, and bulk packs with the wrap opened, and we say so on the return page rather than at the bottom of an email after the fact.
Where the figures live
Delivery timings, the return window and the tax position are set out on the shipping, return and payment pages. If a page anywhere on this site disagrees with those, the policy page is the one that counts, and we would like to know about it.
